Refund policy
Due to the nature of handmade items, refunds and returns are not accepted. Replacements, albeit rare, will be made under very special circumstances and the customer is responsible for sending photographs of complaints/malfunction of item to BetterThanYourBandana@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of receiving their order.
Better Than Your Bandana is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of goods shipped through by the United States Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS. If you would like to add extra insurance for your item please select "insurance" during checkout.
