Shipping policy

Unless otherwise stated, made-to-order/custom orders may take up to 30 business days to ship and does not include weekends or holidays.

Retail items will ship within 5-7 business days not including weekends or holidays.

Better Than Your Bandana is not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages. If more coverage is preferred than what is offered through the shipping service, please add extra insurance during checkout.
