Do you have a unique idea for a bag/accessory in mind? Book a Custom Order Consult for a 30 minute(ish) one-on-one session with Erin!

This one time fee covers dedicated time to discuss your project in detail— including design ideas, materials, timeline, and budget. It also ensures your request receives the focused attention and expertise it deserves, while also protecting the designer’s time and creative energy.

You will receive an email from Erin within 24 hours of your purchase to coordinate a date to discuss your vision.

If an agreement is made on a design and budget, the consult fee will be applied as a credit toward the final balance owed, which you will receive as a separate invoice after the consult.

THE MINIMUM COST FOR A CUSTOM DESIGN IS $150 (including the $50 consult fee).

Erin has the right to retain funds when a customer excessively fails to coordinate a time to meet. No refund will be given if customer is a no show or cancels the scheduled consultation. All sales are final.
