This 1 of 1 witch hat is handmade and quilted by Erin. Materials used to create this hat were sourced locally and from a small, female owned business in Orlando, Florida.

The top of the hat is BLACK but there's a sweet, candy surprise underneath. The ribbon is interchangeable.

This hat fits with some give on a 21-22 inch head.
